LearnPlay Foundation Wins Funding From City Ideas Fund Wolverhampton

Some exciting news crossed my desk this morning! LearnPlay Foundation received a grant from the City Ideas Fund, Wolverhampton – a new pilot scheme to assist 18 to 24-year-olds into employment.

Established by the City of Wolverhampton Council, a one-off grant is available to various would-be applicants, including; employers, community groups and individuals who seek to promote young people into employment and training.

The fund, totalling £100 000, is available to applicants who receive between £500 and £10 000 to fund their project. This amount will increase after an influx of noteworthy submissions, all aimed at boosting skills and decreasing unemployment.
